From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional—so much so that I’d give it an 11 if I could. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Amin from reception. He truly saved our stay! After a small issue, he stepped in, made the right decision, and ensured that the rest of our trip was nothing short of perfect. Without his professionalism and kindness, my rating could have easily been an 8.5 or a 9—but because of him, it’s a solid 10. The entire staff at Mondrian Doha was outstanding. Every person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. This was some of the best service we’ve ever received in any hotel. A huge thank you to Purity from Hudson Tavern and Ezzeddin from Walima. Not only did they make sure we enjoyed every bite of our meals, but they also created such a friendly atmosphere that we looked forward to dining just as much as the food itself! The rooms get cleaned twice a day so when your back in the evening your slippers etc are out and ready for you. I had a room with a free standing bathtub which was huge.
