He truly saved our stay! After a small issue, he stepped in, made the right decision, and ensured that the rest of our trip was nothing short of perfect. Without his professionalism and kindness, my rating could have easily been an 8.5 or a 9—but because of him, it’s a solid 10. The entire staff at Mondrian Doha was outstanding. Every person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. This was some of the best service we’ve ever received in any hotel. The rooms get cleaned twice a day so when your back in the evening your slippers etc are out and ready for you. I had a room with a free standing bathtub which was huge.
